Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American comedy performer, TV host and actor most well-known for her role as host of The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime. The Talk. Sheryl was born in Arkansas and raised at Little Rock, Atwater and Atwater. Sheryl has a troubled family. Sheryl spent the majority of her life caring for her sister Frankie and her polio-infected sister. While growing up, she suffered difficulties with her mom. Sheryl says that at one instance her mother stabbed her father over the head because she was getting too close to her. Sheryl entered the military following her graduation from college. She was interested in comedy. She was the first woman to make the top of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. In 1992, she made her TV debut as a regular participant on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. In 2000 she appeared as an host on the T.V. talk show Oh Drama! In 2011, she began participating for The Talk as co-host. Furthermore, she's appeared in a variety of fictional characters on series like Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
