Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, raised in Wellington) is an Canadian actor from Canada. Paquin, who was raised in Wellington but was born and raised in Winnipeg was first seen in the acting world with The Piano. At age 11, she became an infant Academy Award winner ever for Best Actress.
