On June 22 Mohr was awarded the title of winner. In September of 1985 Mohr took part as Georgia in Georgia's participation in Miss America 1986 Pageant held in Atlantic City (New Jersey) after her victory. Mohr was not a Top-10 Finalist for the title of Miss National.
